This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data of users ("you", "User", "Guest", "Property Partner") when you visit or use https://olidays.in and related services.

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform including Guests, Property Partners, and visitors. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of information as described herein.

Information you provide

• Personal details: name, date of birth (optional), email, mobile number, address.
• Identity documents when required for check-in: government ID type and details (e.g., Aadhaar, passport), where legally required by the property.
• Payment & billing details: card tokenized data, billing address, transaction references (payment processing is via integrated payment providers; full card data is not stored by OLIDAY except where required and allowed under payment provider terms).
• Account information: username, password, profile photo (optional), preferences.
• Property data (for partners): property name, address, photos, bank account details for payouts, GSTIN, registration documents, contact persons and service information.
• Communications: messages or notes you send via the Platform, reviews, ratings, and customer support interactions.

Automatically collected information

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, referral source, timestamps, cookies and analytics logs.

Third-party sources

• Payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention partners, and public sources.

• Facilitate payouts and settlements to Property Partners.

• Property Partners: guest name, contact details, booking details, ID details required for check-in and legal compliance.
• Service providers: payment processors, hosting and cloud providers, analytics and CRM providers, customer support, and fraud prevention vendors — bound by confidentiality.
